So I am in Toronto now. And i could not be in a better position, staying with two wonderful girls who are bicycle enthuseists as well. One of them works at a bike shop. I am so happy I have the right people surrounding me that are knowledgeable about the bicycle resources in the area.
One thing I forgot to mention is that during my bike ride I was a little worried because I got a numbness in my left hand. Some of it went away, but it is still difficult to do simple tasks like prepare food, type, and hold things. My Ring and Pinky finger do not work properly. They are partially paralyzed. But I believe it is a temporary situation.
Its good that I havent been worsening the injury by riding my bicycle.
Also, when I told my problem to the girl im staying with, she showed me some nerve exercises I can do.
Apparently it is a common injury for cyclists.
It is the nerves in my Ulnar. (funny bone)
This is great for if you are touring:
