NY Capitol!

I made it to Troy, and stayed with my new friends Ariel & Dakota, who live in Colonie.

That night I went on an all women's moonlight bike ride. There were about 12women, different ages, but each person was so inviting and had a lot to share. It ended up being 12mi. one way!!

I went to a potluck on Sunday. And helped with two
foodnotbombs on on Monday evening and the other on Tuesday.

There are two bike refuges here as well as a wonderful food co-op.

I want to explore this wonderful town more. Its great here!! I am catching a ride with someone I met at FNB, to Burlington VT on Monday.
